1. Refund Eligibility
- Time Frame: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
- Condition: To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products may be exempt from refunds, including perishable goods, custom items, and digital downloads.
2. Non-Refundable Items

- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products once accessed or downloaded
3. Refund Process

- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
4. Refund Approval
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

6. Exchanges

7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellation requests may be subject to a restocking fee.
